My courses run regularly throughout autumn, winter adding an extra layer of reality to them. Anyone can navigate under a blue sky in the middle of summer when high pressure is in control. But, It's when the wind is blowing the rain sidewards, and visibility is poor that really puts your kit and navigational system to the test. Train hard, fight easy as the old saying goes... We started on the easier angled slabby routes to gain confidence in the footwork before moving to the contrasting, steeper wall and tackling the more delicate, balancy style of climbing.
